  • Is Isola accessible by car all year round?

    No! In winter, you can only reach Isola on foot or by cross-country skis. You can park your car in Maloja or Sils.


    During the summer months, you’ll receive a driving permit from us, allowing you to drive directly to the house and park on-site in Isola.


    For spring or late autumn, feel free to contact us so we can let you know whether the access road is open or closed to cars.

  • What is included in the rental price?

    Bed linen, kitchen towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s), firewood for the stove, and a summer driving permit for one car.

  • How does check-in work?

    Check-in is contactless. You will receive detailed information about key handover and arrival via our digital guest folder before your arrival.

  • How far is the nearest shop or restaurant?

      In the neighboring village of Maloja (about 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes on foot), you'll find shops, restaurants, and a post office.


    Sils is also easily accessible: in summer on foot or by boat, and in winter across the frozen lake – with shops and cafés waiting there as well.


    Right in Isola, you'll find the cozy Restaurant Lagrev. Thanks to our partnership, you can optionally book a meal package for breakfast and/or dinner – perfect for those who enjoy being pampered.


    (The restaurant is open during the summer and winter seasons. It remains closed during the off-season – spring and autumn.)

  • Can I also pay with Bitcoin?

    Yes – and we love it when you do! Simply select the "Zahlung mit Bitcoin" option during booking and follow the instructions in the Terms and Conditions.
